  I Love Logan's Roadhouse, always have!  The one in Richmond is now my favorite since they closed the first one open on Harrodburg Rd/S. Broadway in Lexington.  I always sit at the bar to drink and eat because the service is so good!  The bar keepers are always on their game in keeping me happy!  Thanks for all your hard work, good conversation, and yummy eats and awesome cold drinks!

  This the best steak house ever!!! I have been to this location many times, and I have never had bad service. The food is always great, and they have the best Sweet Tea!!!! The entire staff is super nice, and management is outstanding. Even when they are busy, I hardly ever have to wait long for a table.

  Ordered a 16 oz riveted, medium rare.  30+ minutes later, our food comes out and my steak is medium well.  Took 10 minutes to get the waiter over to have my steak redone.  Another 25 minutes go by, and my second steak comes out medium well again.  Our waiter really didn't show any sense of urgency.  However, my steak was comp'd.  Won't be going back.

  My question is why isn't the bartender at Logan's wearing a bra... Very unprofessional, and in my opinion uniform standards should be held higher. But overall the food is great and totally worth a visit.

  We went out to celebrate a major accomplishment on a week night and ordered a couple of steaks.  
  
  For background, we've been here multiple times.  When this place opened, they were packed and the food was good. Classic steaks, prepared to order, with fresh and ample sides.
  
  Unfortunately, both the quality of the food and the skill of the cooks have gone down. Where once the sides we're beautiful and delicious, they now seem to be made up of leftover scraps. The steaks we ordered we're both far from what we ordered. The "medium" steak was literally purple in the middle, and the "medium rare" one was barely gray on the outside and was cold and purple on the inside.
  
  They took them back to finish cooking them, but then one bite revealed that they both tasted sour to each of us. That was all we could take, so we asked for our check, and left the steaks uneaten. To their credit, the manager came up and said he voided our payment, but this is the second time they ruined a meal with poorly prepared food. The last time I avoided the place for months. This time, it will be the last time I make the mistake of coming here.
